A terminally ill teenager finds than a simple escape when he agrees to take part in a futuristic medical experiment involving virtual reality gaming Everett 'Death' Ha. What an edgy teenagerLike the hunger games except with invalids and it s a litrpg where they pretend they are healthy while undergoing treatment and slowly forget about the real world and other plot stuff happens that gives them a reason to play the game The interactions between the characters could use some work but it s short and good enough to keep me looking out for the second installment
